Paul-Tech makes it possible to manage and monitor field lease agreement deadlines directly in the map view. By entering the lease start and end dates, the system displays the agreement status field by field and sends reminders as the deadline approaches. This helps keep all important field-related information in one place and prevents situations where a lease agreement ends unexpectedly.
Lease Agreements Are Linked to Specific Fields
Lease agreement information is added directly to the relevant field. When you select a field on the map and open the field information window, you will find the option “Edit lease agreements” in the menu.
There you can:
- add a lease agreement name
- set the start and end dates
- edit or remove existing entries
Overview of Lease Agreement Status on the Map
In the map view, a list of fields is displayed, where the background colour of each field name provides a quick overview of lease agreement status:
green – more than 3 months remain until the agreement ends, or no lease agreement has been added
orange – the agreement ends within 8 days to 3 months
red – the agreement has expired or will end in 7 days or less
In the field information window, a more detailed overview is shown with lease agreement names and end dates, using the same colour-coded indicators.
Automatic Email Reminders
In addition to the information displayed on the map, Paul-Tech sends email notifications about upcoming lease agreement deadlines. Notifications are triggered as the end date approaches, helping ensure that important information is not missed even when the map is not being actively viewed.
